update v4.20 (January 26, 2002): added rest timer, just tap on rest column to activate menu, added extensive help menus, added quick list grafitti input form, added auto return from time now buttons, added Nike SDM 100 data fields, added key upgrade option, now using NutShell single file compressed installer for easier installation.
update v4.13C (Dec 10, 2001): added 2 more grafitti indicators, fixed time now function, recompiled outside of POSE (for Mac friendly prc file)
update v4.13B (Dec 4, 2001): added grafitti indicators on most note forms, added metric option for body fat calculation.
update v4.13A (Nov 13, 2001): added a current time feature for entering start and finish times, tap the word 'Start' when at 'Chest', 'Quads' or either Aerobic screen to select the current time as your start time, tap the word 'Fin.' when at 'Biceps', 'Abs' or either Aerobic screen to select the current time as your finish time.
This software is designed to aid in completing the Body for LIFE program. Nearly all aspects of the Body for life program have been incorporated into this easy to use program. Customization of weights, exercises, meals and supplements is also available.
Free version is limited to 30 days, registered version is identical except no time limit.
